LinkedIn Profile Data

• Your name, headline, and profile picture
• Your LinkedIn profile URL
• Location information as displayed on your LinkedIn profile
• Email addresses and phone numbers from your LinkedIn contact info (with your consent)
• Work experience and company information
• Connection names and profile information

LinkedIn Content Data

• Post content, images, and videos you have published
• Post analytics including impressions, reactions, comments, and shares
• Follower counts and growth data

Account Information

• Email address used to create your Linkedlytics account
• Authentication tokens to keep you logged in

Google Account Data

If you choose to connect a Google account, we access only the Google data needed to provide the email and calendar features you enable. This may include:

• Your Google account email address and basic account information
• Email messages, threads, metadata, and labels needed to send campaign emails, detect replies, and keep conversations together
• Calendar lists, availability, and event details needed to suggest meeting times and create calendar invitations when calendar booking is enabled
• OAuth access and refresh tokens used to maintain the connection you authorize

Connecting a Google account is optional. Linkedlytics does not use Google account data for advertising, credit decisions, or training generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
• Display your LinkedIn analytics and insights on your dashboard
• Generate reports and visualizations of your content performance
• Track your follower growth and engagement trends over time
• Enrich your connection data for audience analysis
• Send you service-related notifications (with your consent)
• Send email follow-ups that you configure and associate replies with the correct campaign conversation
• Show calendar availability and create invitations when you explicitly enable calendar booking

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:

• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
• Data is stored in secure cloud databases with encryption at rest
• We use Supabase for secure data storage with row-level security
• Access to your data is restricted to authenticated users only

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share data
• Service providers: With trusted third-party services that help us operate our Service, including Unipile for Google email and calendar connectivity, and cloud hosting, authentication, database, and analytics providers
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

Service providers may process Google account data only to provide services to us under contractual and security obligations. We do not sell Google account data or transfer it to third parties for advertising purposes.

Google API Services User Data

Linkedlytics' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Human access to Google user data is prohibited except when you give us affirmative permission for support or troubleshooting, when access is necessary for security or abuse investigation, when required by law, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations. Any permitted access is limited to authorized personnel and subject to confidentiality and security controls.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: You can view all data we have collected in your dashboard
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us
• Export: You can export your data from the dashboard
• Opt-out: You can disconnect integrations or stop using the Service at any time to stop new data collection
• Disconnect Google: You can disconnect your Google mailbox from Linkedlytics and revoke Linkedlytics' access from your Google Account permissions

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

When you disconnect Google, we stop using the connection and remove the associated access credentials from active use. Campaign records and audit information that contain email or calendar metadata are retained only as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion by contacting us at the address below.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
